I wouldn’t necessarily say I’m drawn to one particular pantheon. I’m pretty eclectic in my practice and that’s reflected in the God’s I work with. At the moment I’m having a real moment with dark goddesses- Hekate, Lilith, Oya and Kali. It’s the power in embracing the darkness that I love. if I’m feeling blocked or want something come to fruition I work with Ganesh. I’m naturally drawn to the Hindu pantheon and the Orisha. But Mexican, Haitian and South American deities intrigue me as well. I know im going to hear calls of appropriation but being a half Nigerian woman, born in the uk with no links to my ancestral pantheon this is how I’ve connected with God. I believe it’s more the qualities of the deity and what they represent that we worship p. share your thoughts x
